Placed at the final draft stage, the cassette communicates with a laser measurer (Boba25) positioned at the machine's exit, which detect the wire's diameter.
To ensure strict compliance with company standards, the measurer adjust the opening and closing of the motorized cassette rolls, to keep the wire's weight consistent, respecting the diameter.
Boba25 performs 16.000 checks per second, ensuring a deviation of no more than 0.5 kg per 1,000 kg of wire produced.
For intensive ribbed wire production, the system can be integrated with Ribs84, enabling real-time measurement of rib height, width and pitch, to ensures strict compliance with company standards.
