EUROLLS manufactures overarm separator discs from long-wearing, hardened alloy grades that can guarantee maximum resistance to wear and lateral stresses, with a variety of polished or coated surfaces according to customer requirements. Very important for proper separation of tapes after cutting and rewinding, they also help dampen noise caused by rubbing of tapes.
EUROLLS overarm spacers are made of steel and heat treated at heart to ensure precision and speed and meet or exceed the industry’s most exacting tolerances, especially corrosion resistance (+/- 0.001). Thickness range from a minimum of 0.6mm to a maximum of 150mm. Alternative material grades are available for special applications.
