EUROLLS offers rubberized spacers made from alloy tool steel or stainless steel for an excellent corrosion resistance and for every metal slitting application, in different colors to differentiate “male and female” diameters. Manufactured with tempered and vulcanized steels with different types of rubbers depending on the application, they have a hardness of 60 to 90 shores and a thickness tolerance of ”+/- 0.001″, which ensure maximum mounting precision. Our engineers work with you to design and manufacture rubber spacers in the proper material, size, and hardness for your application.
RE-GRINDING PROCESS
Depending on the type of spacer and its intended use, it is possible to regenerate or restore its functionality through a sharpening or re-grinding process. The feasibility of sharpening or re-grinding a spacer depends on various factors, including the material of the spacer, its design, and the intended application. Additionally, the precision and accuracy required for the spacer's function must be carefully considered during the regeneration process. In some cases, replacing the spacer with a new one might be more practical if the wear or damage is extensive. Our professionals will assist you in every step of the reconditioning process in order to achieve the desired results without compromising safety or functionality.
RE-RUBBERIZING PROCESS
We offer a specialized service of retreading rubber spacers. Through a combination of advanced technical expertise and high-quality materials, we are able to restore the efficiency and functionality of rubber spacers, extending their operational lifespan and contributing to an overall improvement in industrial operations. Our retreading process is meticulous and aimed at restoring the original characteristics of the rubber spacers, ensuring improved grip, wear resistance, and optimal performance.
We collaborate with the manufacturer of slitter machines during every tooling startup phase.
